He performs a full body massage from head to toe alternating between light to deeper strokes and uses warm oil/lotion. Gentle music is soothing and you can relax and let go with his hands massaging you. The back massage was followed by an equally enjoyable massage of my chest and front. A very successful evening to reduce tension.
