 | Jeff is tip-top, have seen him for multiple appointments during the last 2 years. His apartment is super clean, warm and inviting, shower and water always offered. Skill level is excellent working out all the knots, and giving you a somewhat narcotic experience - I have fallen asleep or dozed many times.
