 | Last week I was in dire need of an escape from the chaos of the city and my mind. I woke up and decided it was time for an immediate retreat. It was the best decision I could've made because it led me to Andreas. I was able to make an appointment with him for the same evening. When I arrived for my session, I was greeted at the door by a relaxed, warm, comforting, presence. My stress levels dropped immediately.
